Cancellation Policy
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. Your appointment time has been reserved for you and nobody else. While we understand emergencies do happen, we do require a 24-48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling for any reason after the 24hrs will result in a full fee for your service. If you can send someone in your place you will not be charged the cancellation/reschedule fee. A cancellation fee must be paid before booking your next appointment. Rescheduling the same appointment more than 1 time may result in being denied the appointment. Canceling or rescheduling frequently will result in a non-refundable deposit to reserve any appointments.
